(If you have thumb issues, then grab another mouse because you'll be using your thumb frequently. ) I bought it since my role requires to use a computer for 8-12 hours. I am comfortable kow since purchasing this device. I wish they sold this mouse in different colors. I would have purchased it in pink to match one of their keyboards. I purchased it in black with grey ball since it matches the keyboard I bought along with it. Great mouse for less pain!

The rolling ball on the moused stopped working after 50 days but according to target it is ineligible for returns sadly. This is a crap mouse. I do not recommend.

I bought it a couple months ago, and it works really well like it's supposed to. The ball thumb design, however, started hurting my thumb. I got really fatigued from it so I returned it. Probably wouldn't buy another mouse with this design, just too much thumb strain, and that's from using it as a college student. Other than that, it's a good mouse, but not the best long-term in my opinion.

This is my 5th in 10 years. I wear one out every 18-30 months, but that's because I use it constantly for 12-14+ hours a day, 365 days a year. (I am disabled and mostly home-bound, so I play games on the computer a lot.) A battery lasts about 6 months, if you buy the good ones. I could never be happy with anything but a trackball mouse, and this is my favorite so far, of all the brands that I have tried.

ERGO M575 DOES NOT WORK WITH FLOW

REVIEW: I've spent several HOURS trying to get this to work with flow. I have called technical support at twice on long phone calls only to be finally told it doesn't work with WINDOWS 11 despite their specs saying it does. So I uninstalled WINDOWS 11 FROM MY PC and guess what it still does not work! No Flow option ever appears in the Logitech Options app. I have Logitech options on both my Mac and my PC and they are both on the same network so where is flow?!?!?!? I have another Logitech mouse that does work with FLOW M270 but it is too choppy and mouse is erratic so I opted for ERGO M575. You need to either upgrade your specs and comparison page to tell consumers that ERGO M575 is NOT compatible with FLOW so people don't waste time like I have or you need to educate your technical service department or give instructions on how to set up FLOW with ERGO M575. To spend literally 7 hours on this ( because I have a workflow needing two computers ) is outrageous! Now I need to see if this item can be returned for a refund.

Nowhere in the product description on Logitech's website does it say that it works and it doesn't show up in the comparison page. Here's a link to the all the mice that work with Logitech Flow: https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/mice.html?filters=flow-technology. ERGO M575 is supported by Logitech Options software, allowing you to customize the DPI speed to track fast or precisely. You can also customize the Back/Forward buttons. I've been using trackballs for years, and almost always Logitech. I guess I wear them out, and after a while the buttons don't work correctly, but I love them enough to buy another one, This model is newer than my last ones (M570) hopefully has longer lasting buttons. If nothing else, the buttons are quieter! (I often play solitaire when I'm on a long phone call, and people would ask me what they were hearing with the old one). I find this, and all the previous trackballs, easier to use than a mouse. I can rest my hand on it comfortably and it takes up very little room on a small desk since you don't need to move it around. I even got one to use at work because I'm used to it. (And the fun part of that is watching the folks from IS struggle with it when they come to work on my computer, LOL).

Product works fine, and the Bluetooth option eliminates the Logitech USB/wireless interface I've had trouble with several times now. It was easier and faster to get this from Target than other options. I'm finding more and more that Target carries and can deliver the stuff I need.
