Definitely helps
Probiotics are known to help stomach issues and started taking this in hopes of it helping. As of today, I have seen small changes but nothing significant.

Made a huge difference for me!
I was really sick a few years ago and turned septic. All of the antibiotics I was given in the hospital completely destroyed my digestive system, and after taking these, things have finally gotten back to normal. I love that Target always has deals on them :)
