IT WORKS ON ITCHY HIVES
I broke out in hives in August- it's Ictober and they're getting better. I'd been prescribed steroid creams initially when the hives were constant but it was time to stop using them as the hives and ensuing rash started to quiet down. My dermatologist suggested Sarna Sensitive - also told me to refrigerate it for more cooling. Can't do that with the other product with the same active ingredient because of ther ceramides. There are no ceramides in Sarna Sensitive so refrigeration works. It feels great going on nice and cool. The itch relief lasts through the night and comes in quickly. It moisturizes nicely- I have very dry skin- so that's a plus. There is no fragrance or menthol in this formulation- there is aloe, squalane and jojoba oil. It's hypoallergenic as well. If you have really itchy skin from hives that rashed- I highly recommend this product. Pramoxine hydrochloride 1 % is the active ingredient for the itch and it's fabulous. Highly recommend! Great quality. I haven't experienced issues with the pump but I have a glass jar and lid in case those issues arise as I don't want to waste any of this phenomenal product.

Effective but viscous
A little expensive, but it’s much better than other Pramoxine lotions we’ve tried. Thick, so difficult to get out of bottle but very nice consistency on the skin, and definitely soothing.

Sarna Anti-Itch Lotion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sarna's sensitive anti-itch lotion provides great relief. I have very dry, sensitive skin and have no issue using this lotion. My hands tend to get very dry and itchy from constantly washing them throughout the day and I feel that Sarna's lotion has helped to combat that. It also works great on bug bites. I love that it is steroid free. I am not a fan of the scent, but it does dissipate quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product- it is a classic one that has many uses. However, I did not find It helpful for sunburns. I took this lotion with us on vacation, and after getting quite a bit of sun, I applied the lotion. While it helped moisturize, it did not help with the burn or itchiness the way aloe alone does.

Helpful for dry skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lotion has a very light scent and the pump easily dispenses it. Immediately after applying it is a little tacky, but once absorbed it leaves skin smooth and not oily. Very helpful for dry itchy skin.

Really works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am always looking for a lotion that will help me with my skin dryness, add to that to help with itchy skin thanks to the dryness. Sarna Sensitive Steroid-Free Anti-Itch Lotion has been able to alleviate the horrible itchiness from my skin. My skin is left moisturized, but also itch free. I love that I have one less issue to deal with thanks to this lotion.

The best anti-itch lotion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love this cream so much! It is indeed anti-itch but hydrates too. I apply it after my shower and before bed. I love how easy it spreads and how fast it absorbs. It does not stick, which make it perfect for the summer. There is no scent to it by the way. Ideal for sensitive skin. I think out of all the anti-it creams out there, the Sarna is my favorite :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was a good lotion steroid free had a good scent. I had a little bit of a greasy after field. It took some time to wear away, but it was a good option to some other steroid free lotions that I would use for itching and other skin irritations, I was nervous at first about using it cause I’ve never heard of the brand butI also tried it on my teenage daughter who also liked it, but again the greasy feeling even after washing her hands still stuck, which I didn’t like very much and she didn’t either but after that feeling that it was pretty good it was really really good

Perfect for Eczema!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has become a new favorite against a leading major brand in our household. It is super soothing for Eczema prone skin. My son struggles with the itch from his eczema, especially behind the legs and in the crease of his elbows. I think that the addition of Pramoxine Hydrochloride is really what makes the difference. I feel that he gets much more relief from this lotion than others.
