First think I decided to do was vacuum the stairs. It “plugged” after half a stair. The light turned red and stopped working constantly. It had only been 5 days from the last time I vacuumed the stairs so should not be too bad. Returning as it did not work well at all. It also does not stand up on its own as the battery and storage are at the top. That was not a deal breaker but also not great.

Targets solution.. tell her to goto target and return it, even though she’s bed ridden then had the audacity to ask me to drive to her from 2hrs away to return it! I can’t even use it on anything that’s now low grade carpet. Kinda sucks I wanna return it and get my money back it wasn’t even worth it even on sale. I’d rather grab my broom and sweep all day then use the vacuum sadly. If you’re looking for something to just do light cleaning with don’t bother yourself with this one you’re just paying for the brand.

Boost Mode doesn't last.
This vacuum is good, but the battery life is not good at all. I don’t know why they offer two speed settings if they know everyone is going to use the higher speed. They advertise that it lasts up to 40 minutes in standard mode, but in boost mode it doesn’t even last 15 minutes. I bought it on sale for $150, but I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the original price of $299.99!
