Q: I have had this vacuum for a few months & it will not suction properly anymore… will at times spit back out what it just vacuumed. Has anyone else had this issue or have any suggestions? I have cleaned out the filter, etc.

A: I have had several of these vacuums still do but the hair clogs them up quick! I use a wood skewer to pull the hair out from behind the roller brushes - it's a drag but when it's not clogged up it works great!

The first use it worked great, I emptied the canister and as soon as they put it back together, it’s working less and less. Help! Lol.

A: I don't always use the "extra power" and it seems to suck things up just fine. We live on a farm with lots of dirt. It's honestly not too bad.
submitted byDH - 3 years agoA: Basically yes. There's a button to turn it on, but it's about as powerful as sucking up dirt with a drinking straw, so you have to hold the button for "extra power" down the whole time.

After that you must plug it in once , turn it off and the use right pointer finger to turn on the light feature only. If you need to vacuum I suggest buying a Dyson spend 5 times as much as use that

A: It is super lightweight. I love it for that reason and because it works so well. If you have lots or solids to pick up the booster lever helps a lot.

Love it. My MIL recently bought it and I tried it out at her house. I practically vacuumed her entire large house and the battery was still going. Ordered this to have a lightweight easy option for quick cleanups without having to drag out my super heavy full sized vacuum. Just hoping the battery lasts, before this one I had a stick vacuum from a company that starts with D. The battery stopped holding a charge after a year and any replacement ordered lasted no more than 30 days. Also another bonus is the light! With 2 cats you can see the dust and cat hair to make sure it’s being cleaned up.

I bought this vacuum just over 2 years ago and absolutely loved it at first. It was so strong and picked up so much dirt that I didn’t even realize was there. I would’ve recommended it to anyone however it broke right after the 2 years ago warranty expired. It stopped picking up dirt and gets clogged within seconds of turning on. It has no suction anymore. I’ve tried to troubleshoot the problem multiple times and nothing has worked. I loved it while it worked but was disappointed by the short life expectancy.

Would not recommend. Does not stay charged for long periods of time I live in a 1700 square foot home and it will die before I finish the house. Also, it gets clogged extremely easily.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS VACCUM. We have a German shepherd/husky/lab that sheds constantly. We just replaced our carpet with vinyl flooring; I was looking for something I could use everyday to keep up on the dog hair & everyday dirt/messes from kids (and husband). I even use it on my children’s play furniture, Took 5 mins and the play furniture was dog hair free! I use this everyday & I absolutely love it!!! the little tool that comes with it is so handy to get along the floor boards & hard to reach spots. I definitely recommend this for anyone looking to use daily that has dogs & kids with vinyl/hard wood flooring. *I don’t think it’s ideal for carpets & dog hair considering it’s small & doesn’t have great suction like a normal vaccum*

We bought this in October We bought this in October 2023, less than 2 years ago. Up until this week, I loved it. Worked great and I recommended it to others; however, now, the battery is dead and will no longer charge. We only use this about once a week. Very disappointed that I now need to go try and find a new battery after less than two years. This should last longer than that!
