    Works for me

    Tried other hair vitamins like Hairtamin and SugarBear and didn't see any results after a year (tried one at a time, not both together). My hair is long and wasn't budging past the top of my lower back for a couple of years and now it's touching my bumcrack. I'll be using this one until they discontinue it.

    They deliver!

    I’ve been taking these for a little over a year, and the difference in my nails has been amazing! I can go w/o polish for extended periods of time now with minimal breakage and they actually feel strong to the touch. My skin has improved as well - more elasticity than I’ve seen before, and even my hair seems fuller & thicker. It does require some patience to see results, but boy are they worth it!

    Wish they didnt stick together

    I use this product a lot. What I don’t like is that the gummies are often all stuck together like they were exposed to heat before being put on the shelves. The flavor or size of the gummies aren’t overwhelming.

    Delicious!

    I just started taking these so I cant give a thorough review but I personally think these are soo good. A little too sweet at first but then I was wanting to eat the whole bottle. They arent super soft though, but still soft enough of a bite for a gummy. I think it depends on the freshness of the bottle you get but I haven’t had an issue with the texture or flavor. I really like these!

    Hair, Skin and Nails are made for people with all three!

    Try this product if you have wimpy, thin fingernails and limp, dull hair. After a short time, you will be amazed at the strength of your nails and the thickness and shine of your hair!

    Consider for hair loss

    I have weft extensions in my hair and got them put in a month ago. I had a check up today to see how growth has been, she said my hair grows too much!! lol I’ve been taking these vitamins on and off for years and I’ve always noticed a difference with my hair. Stronger, healthier, thicker and just progressively grows. I also had a vitamin D deficiency so my doctor prescribed me with Vitamin D to take everyday. I believe that had a lot to do with my hair growth as well.

    Works!

    These do work and you’ll see the results after a period of time. I deeply regret when I stoped taking them. I deal with severe breakage and dryness because of hypothyroid. I can’t do anything to stop the hair breakage but I can try to stay healthy and take care of myself. This was my hair a year ago. So healthy and now back to so much breakage:( I’m buying more vitamins now.

    Grow your nails!

    I’ve been told that hair and nail supplements don’t work. But try telling that to my hair and nails. Within 2 months of stopping these and my nails are falling apart— chipping and splitting. The berry flavor is preferable to the tropical citrus flavor. But why not try both and decide?

    Helped with Hair Loss, made me break out

    I've been losing hair for the past few months after bring hospitalized, and rather than trying Rogaine, I decided to try these. It definitely improved my brittle nails and helped with the significant hair loss, but it made me break out so I never repurchased. As I've heard before, once you stop using this, your hair loss may resume which is what I've been noticing after being off them for 2 months. But they worked very well for me so I'll bite the bullet and risk the acne again.

    I normally purchase these in Target store but they are not carrying this in store anymore so I purchased online. I ordered two bottles of this item and they taste like they have been in a warehouse for 100 years. They are hard and have a terrible texture. Very disappointed. Send fresh vitamins, not really old ones. Thank you

    Did not work for me

    Didn’t really help. I took this instead of the iron, vitamin c, and vitamin d that my doctor suggested for my hair loss and unfortunately my hair loss came back.
