Constant issues. We are past the return window and often on this tv, Netflix will not load and it will say “connection bad” with internet. It’s right by the modem/router. Out other tv and all other devices have no issue with the internet nor Netflix, so it is specific to this tv. Bummed we’re stuck with it. Color is good, but would not buy again.
This TV is only 8 month old and already broken.

Biggest TV we’ve ever had. I am very unhappy that MLB TV is not available to download on this TV. How is it that some streaming apps are not available in a time of “there’s an app for everything?” You have NFL network, ESPN, and more, BUT not MLB! I know next time that Vizio will not be on the list of options for TVs.

The last 3 TVs I purchased were Vizio TVs and was very happy with them. So much so when. I saw the QLED TVs were a price I can afford I decided to purchase 3 more to replace my older TVs with two 65” and one 55” QLED. I’ve been disappointed for 2 reason. First the picture isn’t as sharp and vibrant as I expected. The picture isn’t much better than TVs I replaced. The 2nd issue is worst. All 3 TVs keep buffering(something that never happened with my other TVs). When I go into setting sometimes it shows it’s connected even though it’s buffering. Other times it shows it’s unconnected even though every other device is connected. I upgraded my WiFi to fiber optics so wouldn’t expect connection issues. I even purchased a WiFi extender 5G. After I installed it and linked it in settings all the TVs strong Excellent. Went to bed last night turned on TV and just an orange circle going round and round. Even WIFI extender didn’t fix issue. I have 45 days to return so if this issue continues I will be returning all 3 TVs as it makes no sense to have WiFi issues with new TVs when my older TVs (10 yrs old) didn’t have this issue. Last time I had buffering issues is when apps 1st came out. I don’t understand why I’m having this issue with all 3 TVs but I’m not going to continue this.

We’ve had many issues… first it didn’t connect to the WiFi consistently. We had to unplug it and plug it back in EVERY time we wanted to watch something. It was past the Target return date, so we put up with the annoyance for several months. Now, the screen just went haywire… it’s completely unusable. We’ve only had the TV for 5 months! DO NOT BUY. Vizio customer service made us jump through hoops just to talk to them and we still don’t have an answer. Tried calling, chatting, and texting. All led us to no resolution. So I guess we are out $400+ and need to buy a new one… never buying Vizio again.

I only gave it 4 stars because there is always room for improvements. Only used it for a couple days but so far so good. Like the free channels and setup was easy. Clean picture but the blacks and dark scenes could be better. Going to add Vizio all in one easy attach sound bar next.

Very easy to set up. Nice colors and great sound. Only had it about a week but we have watched numerous hockey games and the clarity is insane. Overall this is a budget friendly tv with top of the line qualities. Only reason for the 4 stars is because I only had a week.
