    Simple Goodness

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started eating Special K Original for breakfast when my doctor informed me I was pre-diabetic. She recommended I cut back on carbs. I started checking different products for the amount of carbs in the foods I usually purchased. Alot of cereals were high in carbs, but not Special K. I bought the original as I wanted to add my own fresh fruit. I have a bowl with either blueberries or bananas and 2% milk. I enjoy the crunch and flavor of the cereal and its simple naturalness. Since I started eating Special K Original along with other life style changes my A1C has dropped.
