the brush had the product all over it indicating someone tried or used this, they sent me a new one same thing . this happens all time here, no longer ordering any beauty or health item here too risky not to metion selling used items is against the health law.who is in charge of quality control? make is is hardly ever sealed.it seems these are on line returns or if filled feom a store someone tested and opened them already.

Super annoying that that packaging doesn’t label the shade color on the tube itself. I purchased 3 shades and I’ll never know which one I need to grab. This is a weird error that needs to be corrected.

The concealer applied smoothly, giving medium coverage for my under-eye areas, giving it a natural glow. It also, brightened and reduced the appearance of dark circles. I would definitely recommend the Neutrogena Glow Perfector Pen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not sure if it was the color I chose but this product did nothing when used as a contour or highlight. In fact, I found it hard to blend, and made my pores look even larger.

Stayed really well and creased a little under my eye but I used a powder after applying and that helped. Only thing I wish for is more options for tone. This was a neutral tone but I think a warm tone would’ve looked better for me.

Perfect for blemishes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using the neutrogena glow pen. It’s covered up my acne scars that I have. I love that it wasn’t too heavy it was lightweight. Also brighten up my dark circles that I have without looking caked on. Definitely would recommend!

The shade I had was too light and not the color I would’ve normally chosen. Overall the product is not bad and it wasn’t cakey looking or made my under eye look dry once applied.

My new Favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my new favorite makeup. I love the applicator and how you paint/brush in on your face. This is is the same way YSL has a concealer and I loved it but not the price. This is a great affordable product that works better. The pen works great and is very good for covering blemishes. I let it set for a while and then tap it into my skin. It blends perfectly with little product so nothing is wasted. The shades are good too, easy to pair with your skin. I really love this also for on the go. It is not messy and does not leak. I will defiantly be buying this after I run out. I use it everyday for my dark spots and blemishes. I use it for my eyes too.
