    The bed is terribly hard.

    The bed is terribly hard. It smells awful and is not comfortable. It's supposed to be medium to soft and it's more firm than any mattress I have purchased. We previously had a Wave Hybrid and were so excited to get a new Casper. We will not be getting another one.

    This is the best pillow

    This is the best pillow I have ever owned. The cooling is amazing- I get hot flashes at night, and this has helped me immensely. My husband also loves his- he is getting the best sleep in years!

    The Casper Hybrid Snow Pillow

    The Casper Hybrid Snow Pillow truly stands out for its cooling effect. It stays noticeably cool through the night, which makes a big difference if you tend to sleep warm.     Not for Side Sleepers

    The pillow arrives and is well-made. The pillow-within-a-pillow concept sounded ideal for me as a side sleeper - offering additional support from the design. In reality, though, the pillow doesn’t support the neck comfortably for a side sleeper and there are no returns or exchanges permitted after use. I still give it a 3-star rating because the quality is good and the cooling layer is very effective.
