The flavor of the previous version was better; the cheese and butternut squash flavor was much better than the mozzarella in this current form. However, the noodles are much better with this update. To improve the flavor, I added Parmesan, Gruyère, and salt/pepper.

Bad and weird
It’s honestly so bad… there’s not really any butternut squash flavor, or any flavor, and it’s not “mac and cheese”. It’s more like noodles in a pasta sauce, but Target used to sell a Butternut Squash pasta sauce in a jar that was WAY better than this. There is some sort of cheese but it took forever to combine into the sauce and once I sat down to eat it, it immediately separated and was hard and chewy. Just bad and weird. I threw it out after forcing myself to try 4 bites.
