Use
Creatine has been clinically studied for its positive effects on strength and performance. Supplementing with Creatine provides your muscles with an extra boost of energy for intense exercise, helping replenish the body's ATP levels. Higher ATP levels promote faster recovery during anaerobic exercise. Choose COR-Performance® Creatine for added ATP energy, strength, and lean muscle growth.* SUGGESTED USE: USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Take one serving (1 scoop) of COR-Performance® Creatine mixed with 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water or other beverage of choice before, during, or after training. On non-training days, take one serving (1 scoop) in the morning.     I personally didnt like it

    The flavor is alright to me tastes slightly medicinal. For me it gave me tummy issues. As soon as I would drink it within 10mins super bloated. I will switching back to a non flavored brand I used before that was just straight creatine no additives.

    Strength

It’s sweet but not overly artificial, and it mixes into water super easily without any grittiness or clumps. I’ve had other creatines that left a weird texture or aftertaste, but this one goes down smooth and is actually enjoyable to drink. As far as effectiveness, it definitely works and gives me the results I’m looking for. That said, it’s not my absolute *favorite* creatine I’ve ever tried, but it’s still pretty delicious and a solid option. I appreciate that it makes it easy to stay consistent since I don’t dread drinking it. Overall, if you’re looking for a creatine that tastes great, mixes well, and does the job, this is worth picking up. I’d recommend it, especially if taste and mixability are important to you!

The taste is pleasant and not too artificial, it mixes easily with no clumps, and the texture is smooth. We both feel more energy during workouts and less fatigue.
