Mine didn’t break but it didn’t make much humidity. Guess I’m used to the old Vicks model making a sauna and actually providing relief. This was like a placebo mist. No relief from congestion all night.

Terrible
TERRIBLE PRODUCT! All of the water leaked out from the bottom and ruined the piece of furniture it was on. Do not purchase unless you feel like cleaning up a bunch of water.

Great but it leaks
I love Frida products and was excited to purchase this. It is extremely quiet, produces great mist (it's not even a mist, it's so fine), and the nightlight is not too bright. The only problem is that it leaks. Where the container meets the base starts seeping water if there is any water in the base. And it's not just a little water in the base, it's completely full so I have to dump it out and start new. I love it so much that I just put a towel down but my husband is not that patient. I've read similar reviews so it might be a parts issue but UGH, now I have to try to fix it or return it for another.

Very disappointed because I love Frida products
My third replacement! After using it for a week once I refill tank it will leak out ! The seal inside base is not stable it keeps moving around.

I love this humidifier. It has a large capacity, the ability to clean it is a huge plus! The lifetime warranty is the best perk especially with toddler parents.

Do not get this
It stopped diffusing the first time I cleaned it. Motor still runs but no vapor comes out. Since then, I have recleaned it and let it dry for 24+ hours and it still doesn’t work. So unless you’re okay with diffusing moldy water, go ahead and pass on this one.

I should have trusted the one star reviews because we had the same problems as others! The motor became loud, then the mist would only come out some of the time, and finally the whole thing just stopped working and leaked the entire tank out all over my child’s nightstand and carpet. Horrible product!
