This brand I enjoyed the taste and how effective they are. I have one before I eat and another after. I don't have digestive issues or fee bloated. They are not chalky tasting either. Def something worth having in your purse

Me & my mom went to lunch and splurged a little an ordered different appetizers and desserts. We both ate 2 each as recommended right before we ate and after our lunch date we didnt feel sluggish or feel like the food was just sitting in our belly’s. We felt a nice full. & we ATE. They also taste really good! Small candy like. Love these!
