Do Not Buy. Zero Stars
This product is a great idea, terrible execution. These absolutely do not work. I tried, my husband tried. I read the box, looked it up. These do not heat up no matter what you do. On the packaging it even says something along the lines of, “may be warmer than they feel/seem” which is laughable considering the whole point is that they feel warm. Makes it seem like they knew this product was a dud and pushed it out anyway

Completely useless
I believe all the good reviews are people who get paid to post good reviews. This product does not work. It does not heat up. Please save your money and save yourself from going back to the store to return. Waste of time and money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super useful to soothe abdominal pain postpartum, especially after I got c section. There are 6 pieces in the box: 3 small and 3 large ones and the work wonderful depending on where I applied them to. The material is breathable and soft. The heat lasts so long, about 7 hrs. The instruction is easy to follow. I think I will buy more heat relief patches after I run out of it. It is the best! Recommend!

SINGLE. WOMAN. that gives birth should have these in their hospital bag + stocked at home afterwards. Whether breastfeeding or not..these patches are amazing. The difference is that they stick to you vs. a heating pad that you have to actively move around with you. If breastfeeding though..Pack these..you’ll be incredibly thankful later, promise!

Instant warmth for those postpartum moments you do

The pack comes with medium and large sizes, so you can stick them exactly where it hurts - lower belly, back, whatever you need. They give gentle, long-lasting warmth for hours, and I love that they’re non-medicated and hands-free. I also believe you can use them during your period, they work just as well for menstrual cramps. Super comfy, discreet under clothes, and so easy to use.

It says on it u can keep it on 8-12 hours i put one pad on for 4 hours than i feel something not correct i check and i find my stomch burned very red and blod spots which is i did use it exactly how it says to do
