Good But Smaller Would Be Better
The vitamins are beneficial but wish they were a little smaller. I know it's difficult to pack all that goodness into a small package and appreciate your quality products.

My nails grew and more benefits!
I bought this on a whim bc I was in the market for a new multi-vitamin and I use and love a couple other Nordic Naturals products. I’ve been taking it consistently for awhile and all the sudden noticed my nails have grown! I also noticed slightly better sleep during my cycle :):) not perfect sleep but any improvement is a plus

Excellent Women’s Multivitamin
These women’s multivitamins are excellent. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars is because it tastes pretty gross unless you swallow it quickly. It is a fairly large pill without a capsule or coating around it. However, swallowing something flavored gets rid of the bad taste pretty quick. I feel great taking them - they contain quality forms of the vitamins that I was personally looking for and have made me feel better the longer I take them. I was particularly impressed by the source of folate from Quatrefolic, as well as the B12 as methylcobalamin. The price is also very reasonable for all of the quality ingredients.

AMAZING!
I’m amazed at how easily my body digests and truly absorbs this amazing, new multi-vitamin. I have avoided multivitamins for my entire life, because of the burps, indegestion and bright yellow urine. None of that happens, for me, with these Nordic Naturals Women’s Muti-Vitamins. I’m also able to take this vitamin with a very small amount of food. This is exciting for me. They have a lemon essence that makes swallowing very easy… plus a nice, lemony scent. Thank you so much for these vitamins!

Quality Vitamins
I think these hit the mark as far as quality ingredients and also with the variety of vitamins in each tablet. They don’t upset my stomach, and I’ve felt energetic since I began taking them. I subtracted a star because the tablets are large and uncoated, so if you have trouble swallowing larger pills you’ll need to cut them in half. Also, with the vitamin being uncoated, you can taste them immediately (yuck) and need to get them down fast. I find that taking them with a spoonful of yogurt remedies both issues of unpleasant taste and getting them down. I’ll stick with them a while to note benefits but may switch to the gummies if the cons outweigh the pros.
