    Worse than when i started this regimen

    At first my hair shed a lot more when I started this. I expected that, since the same thing happens whenever I start a new hair loss regimen. Usually after a couple of weeks though, I would see drastically less shedding. Not with this shampoo and conditioner. I shed as much if not more than I did before starting using the 3 products. The shampoo isn't as bad as the conditioner though.

I love how foamy it gets and that slight tingle/cooling effect. My scalp feels refreshed and clean afterwards. I have noticed semi less hair fallout and my hair does feel thicker, softer and shiner. Another factor to all of this is the ingredients which are pretty good.

I love this shampoo. I only need a couple pumps even for my long hair. I rub in my hands before applying. It suds up and a little goes a long way. My hair feels clean and nice and not weighted down or greasy after using. It has a pleasant light scent to it. Love the way my hair looks and feels after using. Definitely seems to be helping.
