The Black Crock collect a Nasty Residue!!! And I don't like it or the way it looks, performs or works. From the first time I used it. I always clean it and the residue just continues to collect on the inside of the crock... It seemingly goes away when its wet but as soon as it dries, the residue shows itself. Yuck. I would like a refund!

Missing lid i would not buy this because of just getting in. The lid wasn't even in the box.

Your next slow cooker
I bought this in January 2025 and have used this multiple times a week for dinners! I absolutely love it. I went through many slow cookers prior but the quality on this one is unmatched. You need to buy it.

I needed a new crockpot and never heard of the Bella brand but I decided to buy! Best decision I did because I absolutely love this crockpot! It heats up well and the food cooks evenly! I love the modern design of it and now I ordered the toaster. Highly recommend

Knob keeps coming off
Handle keeps coming off. This is a major flaw. The outside is a dark plum color, and the pot is eggplant color. Nothing wrong with that. However, the issue with the turn knob repeatedly coming off is a major problem.

Super Cute!
Fits my space and color scheme perfectly - I knew a 6qt was just right for me and my husband. Super simple and easy to use, and cleaning instructions are super simple! Already have roast cooking now, very quiet.

Temperature Seems Off
Hi! The product is gorgeous and everything, but I have been cooking something on high for a couple hours now and the food inside feels lukewarm and the meat doesn’t look like it is cooking.
