These loop bands provide the incremental increases in resistance I need for barre and Pilates work at home. I have other brand bands for arms and back, but find these are perfect for quad and hammies. The “crazy” label might be close to accurate, and anyone could use the “easy” to help stabilize legs for a work if nothing else. They aren’t slick or sticky. Wish I knew if they were latex, because I have a slight sensitivity to latex. But if I were guessing, I’d say silicone.

I had loop bands a while back from another brand, but the first level- “beginner” was quite literally impossible to use. And as someone who suffers from chronic migraines, I have to keep my heart rate down quite a bit, and not exert myself too much at risk of triggering a migraine. So the blogilates loop bands are perfect for the level of resistance and exercise I need to do to maintain my health, while posing no risk to my migraine triggers!
