A: It states 12 serving per container but that would be equal to 2oz. per serving. The box is 24oz. so if you want a 1cup serving there would only be 3 servings per box as 8oz. is equal to 1 cup.

Add in some high protein milk and it’s a good snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. It does not have the cardboard or sawdust texture like most protein cereals have. I can’t wait to try the other flavors because this was a 10/10 for me.

First thing I did was open the box, grab some and pop them into my mouth and they are delicious without milk. But for this review purpose, I made a bowl of cereal and added coconut milk. I've always liked Cheerios. Even the plain ones or the honey nut, but the strawberry may take the cake. You can really taste the strawberry, and it tastes like there's fresh strawberries in your cereal. It's a little high on the sugar and sodium, but other than that, 8 grams of protein with each serving and a serving is a cup. Then some strawberry milk at the end... chefs kiss.
