Be prepared for Flatwhites only.
The steamer wand is AWFUL, it heats the milk just fine and quickly. No matter WHAT I DO and all the videos I watch, I can not get anything more than warm milk. No foam forms at all, it's just steamed milk. I have watched videos from Delonghi, youtube, and tried different varities and fats of dairy milk. NOTHING will get this to perform except warm the milk. It is not worth the money.

Returned product.
Developed an "airlock" as I was going through set up procedures. I couldn't clear the error even with the AI assistant. Returned the product as directed two weeks ago but I haven't heard back from them since. I was hoping for a rebate.

I purchased this espresso machine based on the claim of a “brand expert” that no hot espresso comes into contact with plastic. Wrong! See pics for yourself. I took out the filter and voila! For those concerned about heated plastic , resulting in health issues, this is not a winner.

Cute counter machine that does a great espresso
Happy with my purchase and morning espressos. I have not yet tried the cold brew option. The machine takes up little space on the counter and looks great. I love the pistachio colour. I am only giving 4 stars as the steamer is loud. I opted to buy the Nespresso Aeroccino for both ease and noise level. Now my morning caffeine hit is perfect.

I have tried so many espresso machines and have always gone back to my Moka pot. Until I tried Delonghi. This machine has so many great features and makes genuine, truly delicious espresso with perfect crema. The machine is quieter than the others I have tried. I love the options for 1 or 2 shots, as well as for iced coffee. The frother falls short... It steams the milk but certainly doesn't froth it as expected. However, I love to use the frothing wand to get hot water for tea so I am not disappointed. The machine is slim and takes very little space. It was an excellent purchase!

Bought as a gift for my in-laws and they loved it, especially the color. Unfortunately, the instructions only having images instead of words wasn't as helpful as they hoped but they did get the hang of it. Now I get mochas whenever I visit! Highly recommend.
