POOR CUSTOMER SERVES
Bought this 25v battery stick vacuum on Sept 22, 2025 along with a 3 yr warranty. I didn’t use until Dec. 2025. Third time I used it on the lightest suction on a kitchen rug it picked up a small corner of the rug & I tried to shut it off immediately but it would not shut down so I had to release the rug manually. Vacuum immediately died & Greenworks would not replace the vacuum or even let me purchase the stick vacuum separately without battery or any attachments. Very disappointing, will not purchasing any Greenworks tools in the future & I have bought several in the past.

Ok for the price I guess
We’ve had this for about 3 years now and the battery life is really bad and now the battery charging station isn’t registering the batteries being on the unit. The price is why we bought it as a second vacuum for upstairs but the Dyson we have is significantly better, but it’s also 2x’s as expensive.

Hello Tim 15. Thank you for your honest feedback regarding the Greenworks 24V Cordless Battery White Stick Vacuum w/ 4.0Ah USB-C Battery & Charger. After approximately three years of use, noticeable battery degradation can occur, as lithium-ion cells naturally lose capacity over repeated charge cycles and time. However, the charging dock no longer recognizing the battery is not expected behavior and may indicate one of the following: A failed charging dock (internal contact or PCB issue) Battery terminal contamination (dust/debris on contacts) A battery pack that has reached end-of-life or developed a fault Recommended Troubleshooting Inspect and gently clean the battery and charger contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the charger is plugged directly into a working wall outlet (not a power bar). Confirm the LED indicator behavior on the charger (no light, flashing, solid, etc.). If the charger is not registering the battery at all (no indicator response), it could possibly be a charger issue rather than just reduced battery runtime. While we understand the comparison to your Dyson unit, performance differences often correlate directly with motor wattage, battery amp-hour capacity, and price tier. That said, the vacuum should still provide reliable secondary-use performance when functioning correctly. After attempting the troubleshooting tip and, the problem persists. We recommend contacting our customer success team for assistance with properly submitting a warranty claim. Almost perfect

But for spot cleaning and being a cordless vacuum that shares batteries with my other tools it's hard to complain. Good variety of attachments. Solid suction even on medium power. Would recommend.

We liked it so much we got another one so we could have one on both floors of our house. Didn’t give 5 stars because it could be improved in the following areas: - battery run time on maximum power - ability to have suction from the front sides to help vacuum along walls - ability to stand up on its own with the larger power head

Best Vacuum I've Owned

The visual display and easy-to-use power controls are a great touch and make it feel very intuitive. It delivers impressive performance and picks up dirt extremely well on every surface I’ve tried. The handheld option means that I can clean the stairs without lugging a heavy and CORDED vacuum banging its way up and down. I love this thing more than I thought I would.

Poor quality
Vacuum stops working after five seconds ( battery fully charged). Very disappointed. This item supposed to be a gift to someone good thing I checked it.

Powerful stick vacuum

Best vacuum ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried numerous other vacuums both corded and rechargeable. None ever came close to this one. We have a 2 story home. The downstairs is just over 2000'. I can vacuum the entire downstairs, including area rugs on level 2. This allows 18 minutes of use on a full charge. Rarely have to past over a leaf or other object and transitions from a bare floor to carpet. Have 6 to 8 minute left when finished. Super easy to use on the stairs with the crevice attachment. Regular head fits almost anywhere. Recharge is very quick. The headlight actually works! It is not only on but bright enough to be useful. Very easy to empty the trap. 5 stars is not adequate, needs 7.

Best vacuum ever...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was for the sake of price. I bought this vacuum as a backup for when the other one eventually dies. This is my third 24V Cordless Battery White Stick Vacuum and I still have the first one. The only reason the first one is not in use is because I broke the plastic housing around the neck and rigged it to still work but didn't want to rely on my crappy fix. The second one that I bought is currently in use and I saw a great discount for this third one and couldn't pass up the deal. Way better than Dyson.
