I purchased this stand mixer in May 2020, and have used it about 10 times in the past year. The most recent time I attached the whisk, and it broke into pieces in my batter as I turned it on. Terrible quality - but I guess at least I just need to wait until the attachment is back in stock to purchase. Unfortunately, Hamilton Beach customer service is terrible and they wouldn't replace my broken part in a product less than 1 year old. So, while I would say this is a great value in comparison to KitchenAid, I'd say you get what you pay for.

This thing is small and powerful! The reason why I gave it 4 stars was I feel that there really needs a handle on the bowl to make it easier to scoop out. Other than that I love how fast this thing can go. The higher speeds really get the batter blended well and I also like the button that pops the whisk up. The design is nice and sleek and easy for storage on the counter. Comes with different accessories for all your baking needs.
