Broken in less than 6 months
Broken less than 6 months later. Purchased mid-late January. Knew immediately it may not last long because upon initial use, you can see the top of the mixer lifting and wiggling as the mixer is running. Last night, while making dough on level one it suddenly and intermittently started spinning really quickly. I immediately turned off and pushed the button to lift the mixer out of the bowl and the button is stuck. Sad.

I absolutely love my Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer! This mixer has exceeded my expectations in every way. It is powerful, easy to use, and makes baking so much more enjoyable. Whether I'm mixing cake batter, cookie dough, frosting, or bread dough, it handles everything smoothly and consistently. The design is attractive and looks great on my kitchen counter, and the bowl is large enough for most recipes. I especially appreciate how easy it is to switch between attachments and adjust the speed settings. The mixer saves me time and effort, and the results are always fantastic. For the price, the quality is outstanding. It performs like a much more expensive mixer and has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. Now that I bought this hand mixer baking just got a lot faster!

My low end hand mixer motor went out, contacted Hamilton Beach and they gave me a coupon so I finally upgraded to a stand mixer. I chose the certified refurbished. Haven't used it yet but so far I am pleased with how Hamilton Beach handled my situation.

New customer to stand mixer
Purchased in Dec 2025. Just now opened. Nothing pro/con to comment as of yet. Only that it was a great price on sale, looks very nice. I am 74 yrs old so I wanted something not extremely heavy and this item is not heavy at all. I plan to use it in the morning ??

Perfect except the cord
The cord is shorter than I prefer and I do not like it directly in the back. The cord placement needs some work, but other than that it is just like the big name brand ones.

Just got it a couple of weeks ago, but so far, so good. I notice a bit of a drag with heavy dough but it powers through! With the company reputation I'm not concerned. It has all the featured with about 1/3 the cost of the other guys.

Works well but be careful to make sure bowl is locked
Make sure bowl is locked. If you torn on with bowl lock not set, easily bends mechanism inside to lock down arm and no longer works. Should have safety mechanism to keep it from starting without bowl lock engaged.

All accessories work well. Wish you had a flex edge beater. I found no parts list for this mixer. I would have given it 5 stars if these were available.
