Hefty is a well known brand. It is not absorbent. First one on top was simply not usable. I had to toss it asap. Super Ben and cracked really low quality. Makes you think someone Ain the factory or manufacturing process didn't care at all.

I have used these plates for years & I mean heavily use multiple times before trashing. I heat up so many things in the microwave on them, too. As a senior with scoliosis & a lot of back pain who can’t spend a lot of time at the sink washing dishes, they are a lifesaver. I highly recommend them & plan to use them long term.
