App didn't wirk for me
I’ve used a Fitbit for years. But you can’t get new batteries for them So I wanted something cheaper. If I can’t get a new battery and have to buy a new watch I’d try iTOUCH. Watch works great but the app has NEVER worked. I installed the app on my iPhone 11, no problem, got an account. Tracks everything on the watch but won’t pair with the app. Yes I’ve de and reinstalled twice. Still not connecting. No I shouldn’t have to contact their help desk. If I could do the Fitbit on my own, iTOUCH should just as easy. Since it tracks my steps and thats mainly what I want it for. I’ll use this until Fitbit goes on sale and go back. I didn’t get rid of my Fitbit app so my info is still there. Frustrating

Terrible product
My wife purchased this watch for me on August 27,2025 as a birthday gift. I wore it for 3 weeks and put it on charge a week ago and went to put it back on my wrist and nothing illuminated. The watch wouldn’t even turn on. I tried to go through the warranty process with ITouch website and have heard nothing back. It’s been 3 days since I submitted the warranty information and haven’t heard anything. I expected this watch to last maybe a year but not even lasting a full month is insane. Do not buy this smartwatch

We strongly recommend connecting your charger to an indirect source of power, like the USB port of an active (not idle or in sleep mode) laptop or computer. Make sure that the charging pins are properly aligned and engaged with the metal contacts on the back of the watch. Check the contacts on the back of your watch for any dirt or debris and check the charging pins to be sure they are not bent or damaged. Once the charging indicator appears, wait for the watch to show fully charged before powering on. Press and hold the side button to power on the watch. Fake Data
Terrible watch from a company that is not BBB accredited. Tried for two weeks and it consistently created fake data for time when I wasn't even wearing it. Several features included sleep tracking do not work at all and itouch support could not resolve the issues (which i reported on the second day of having it). Also annoying you have to have an app open on your phone 24/7 for it to track anything.

Won't pair
Purchased two of these watches.Tried pairing with a iPhone 11,14,16 and a Samsung. Couldn’t pair with any of these devices. Returned both watches.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I don’t why this watch even shows up as having four starts because all the reviews are horrible. It couldn’t even connect to track my steps. What a waste of time.

I love it!!
My boo bought me this one year ago and I’ve been so surprised at how cheap it is for how awesome it is. I love this watch. I’m a nurse and have used it daily. It’s still going strong. I can read texts but can’t reply. (Can’t anyways at work). Reads my heartbeat. Customized screen savor. Timer and alarm. Gets my correct steps (comparing to my phone) and Bluetooth’s perfectly to my phone.

Worth the buy
I like that I get notifications from my phone on my watch. After waking up I spent some time awake in bed and it counted 73 steps while I was in bed. The weather is inaccurate sadly. I like the hydration features on this watch. Charges real nice. Very comfortable on my wrist. The home screen change features are really cool!! I'm still trying to figure out the two way communication feature.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Worst purchase ever! I purchased two of these watches as Christmas presents. They almost never work. They constantly freeze, the touch function barely works, and it doesn’t record anything even remotely accurately. Since I purchased two of them, I feel confident that it is the watch itself and not just one “bad apple”. Completely regret this purchase.
