    I bought this headphones about a month ago, I have encountered a few issues, sometimes the headphones don’t link together while I’m in the middle of listening to something, meaning I would get audio on one side and then about half a second later I would get audio on the other, this could be bc they are extremely easy to get loose from your ears, I tried using all the size ear tips included but the issue still remains. Would not recommend purchasing this item.

    I bought the earbuds about a month ago. The sound quality of the music is great. Although when I make or receive phone calls people tell me that I sound like I’m under water and they can hear their own voice and horrible feedback. I would return them but I threw away the packaging

    We appreciate your feedback with our JBL Tune Buds 2. Please download the JBL Headphones app and update the earbuds to the latest firmware. Once updated, proceed in doing a reset: Forget and unpair the earbuds from your source device, while both earbuds are on and not charging, tap two times and hold on the third tap for more than five seconds, until they turn off. Place both earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid for at least 30 seconds to complete the reset. After reset, you can pair them again with your source device. Also, our JBL Tune Buds 2 has several ANC features, one of which is called VoiceAware, which controls how much of your own voice you hear in the earbuds. Check if adjusting or disabling this through the JBL Headphones app resolves the issue. If you need further assistance, please contact us directly here: https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact

    Great quality, durable, and great features.

    Love these earbuds. The noise canceling is fantastic, and sound quality is even better. I accidentally washed and dried mine in the machine and they still work perfectly fine. That kind of durability speaks volumes in 2026.

    Would work if they stayed in your ears

    These don’t stay in your ears at all. Tried all 3 sizes and different positions, but they still continued falling out whenever I moved. Would not recommend.

You can create a tight seal on our JBL Tune Buds 2 by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on.     Didn't last long

    These earbuds have given me more issues than any other pair. I bought 2 pairs. The first pair had issues first couple weeks of use with one earbud not functioning. The second pair lasted a couple months but now has the same problem of one earbud not working. If you are looking for a pair of earbuds, don't get these. They're not worth it in the long run. The noise cancellation and features were really good though, maybe I got defective ones???

    Dont Do It

    If I could give 0 stars I would. These are one of the worst pair of headphones that I have ever owned. They don’t stay charged and sound quality is just as bad. After about an hour of use they are already needing to be recharged and if you don’t charge them over night next day they will be dead.

    I bought these earbuds 4 months ago when I first got them they worked nice good noise cancelation decent battery life really good bass but they were never a perfect fit but recently the left earbud speaker blew and now I only have 1 earbud that I'm scared to use and since I lost the reciept and box they aren't under warranty

    Go with another option.

    Constantly falling out of my ears. However, the most annoying is when they’ve been charging all night, and I get to the gym and put them in and hear “battery low”. Pros: Good sound Cons: Don’t hold a charge Fall out of ears

    They are pretty expensive to only work for 3 months!
