Q: Is the milk frother cup dishwasher safe?
A: Thank you for your question. The frother for the K-Cafe SMART coffee maker is not dishwasher safe, and should not be submerged in water. We recommend using nonabrasive cleaning materials to prevent damage to the inner surface of the frother. We hope this helps!

Q: my unit stopped working and doesn’t even show any power. It is only 1 1/2 yrs old and barely used. What is your warranty?

Q: There's no instruction re where the water filter unit gets inserted.
A: To install the Keurig Water Filter, simply follow the below steps: Step 1: Soak the charcoal filter cartridge in fresh water for 5 minutes. After soaking, rinse the filter cartridge under running water for 60 seconds. Step 2: On the bottom of the handle, press in the tabs on both sides of the base at the same time and pull down to separate. Insert the filter cartridge. Step 3: Reattach the bottom of the Water Filter Handle. Step 4: Insert the handle into your empty, removable Water Reservoir. Be sure to push down firmly all the way down to correctly attach the Water Filter to the inside of your removable Water Reservoir. Q: What's the difference between K-café Smart and K-café smart supreme? is the reservoir dishwasher safe? Can it be used to make hot chocolate?

The K-Cafe SMART model comes equipped with a milk frother and has a SHOT option, which brews 2 ounces of concentrated coffee, which allows you to craft your favorite specialty beverages at home. For both models, we recommend washing the water reservoirs by hand using mild soap and water to ensure longevity and avoid any potential damage. Q: Will it make hot chocolate? And what is the difference between this model and the Smart Keurig Supreme? that one is $20 more expensive.

Q: Does it make espresso? Can you use the reusable k-cup to make espresso?
A: The K-Café SMART coffee maker does not brew espresso - it brews espresso style beverages. It does not use pressure to brew the K-Cup pods. It brews the K-Cup pods the way any other Keurig brewer brews them, but since it only brews at a 2oz size, it is a more concentrated, stronger cup of coffee that resembles the flavor and roast of a classic espresso beverages.
