My 9 month old Keurig wouldn’t turn on. The thermal breaker overheated and shut the Keurig down. It was replaced in a reasonable amount of time without and great effort.

I had a machine that quit working within 5 months of purchase. I had to follow up with Keurig 2 times but then they completed the warranty request and sent me a new machine.

This machine spits coffee all over while brewing. Whether using k cups or the refillable cups. It often misfunctions and wastes coffee by dumping grounds in the cup while brewing. It's horrible!
