Q: are the handle and or feet removable?

  • A: Given the quality of Lasko products, reflected in the price, you will probably not need to remove the feet -- they will fall off in short order. The worst case scenario? Only one of them falls off.

Best fan!

I love this fan! Had it for years and runs great! If you love fans and want to hear the air this fan is for you! No it’s not silent, but it’s not loud either, I’d say normal fan noise level. The knob being on top is very convenient. (I’ve had box fans in the past where the knob is on the back and that is awful)

Short lived fan

Fan doesn’t last long. In a week or two it starts to rattle annoyingly making noise that will bother you. The rattling coming from the center of the fan the motor of it. No good. This has happy to two fans we bought.

Poor choice

The box I purchased had been taped over on top and slightly dented. The fan’s plastic frame had been damaged enough that the blades would not spin. From a side view, the fan looked like it was bent upwards instead of being flat and even. I got a refund but it put me off of this brand for good.

JUNK.. I absolutely wish I'd read the reviews. Something I usually do. I remember a time these bix fans were made of metal. Complete plastic and moves all across the floors. The feet are ill fitted and won't stay on. Very poorly designed. Target has cut one to many manufacturer corners.
