It is nice to have

It is nice to have treated water just available. It works well, and is easy to fill. Sometimes there will be a drip or two after dispensing. The biggest challenge has been figuring out where to place it. It is convenient by the sink, but a bit large for finding a good spot. And I worry about splashing untreated water on the dispensing area. And big for in the fridge, but it may go there this summer. Now I need to locate a good filter that could be easily attached to a bathroom or kitchen sink faucet. Thoughts?

This filtration system worked great until the second washing. After that it leaks at the gasket so much so that it soaks though a folded up towel, and I have to change out the towel every day. It's also important to note how many people are drinking from the system so that you don't buy one to big, as we did. For only 2 people, this size is to big. I don't like that this leaks!! That is my biggest complaint!
Not real happy

We really like the clean water. However, the design of the water spout is dumb. Really slow and eventually broke. Unusable now. Bought the pitcher to replace it. Need to have our clean water! After a few months it's developed a leak right at the bottom of the handle. Noticed water pooling on the counter below the pitcher. Then saw the drip from the handle. Don't know what to do now. Pretty unhappy with the quality of your products. Too expensive to replace.
Great Product

I purchased the product as a gift for my daughter as she is trying to avoid plastics and has a hard time drinking water from the faucet due to the taste. She said the product is a life changer! She loves it!
Design flaws - would not buy again

The spout drips when not in use due to water pooling in the bottom part of it - the fact that the water pools there after use is also not great, as it presumably collects bacteria/ dust particles. The slider (attached to the removeable top) is not removeable itself - there's no way to slide it out completely to clean it. After 8 months of use, mine has a bit of build-up on it that I'm not able to completely clean. Overall the water tastes great and LifeStraw seems like a good company so I will consider other products from them. But I would not buy this again nor would I recommend it to others unless the mentioned design flaws are not a concern to you
Pretty great

I've been using it for a few weeks and it works great. It holds a generous amount of water and filters quickly. The spout drips occasionally after you pour a glass so if you're going to keep it on the counter you'll need to be mindful of that. Otherwise it's perfect.
So far- great!

I’ve only had this dispenser for a short time but so far I love it. I keep it on the top shelf in my fridge and actually like the dispenser button on the front. I didn’t see how it would work since it’s so close to the bottom but the water dispenses at an angle so no problem. No drips. Water tastes great - clean and being in the fridge it’s super cold. I would recommend this dispenser.

The water is delicious! The taste reminds me of being in the Sierra Mountains in California. I’m happy I bought the larger model because I’m drinking more water. I’m also thrilled to do business that gives back to people in need of clean water. I could not be happier and I recommend this product without hesitation!
Love it!

I replaced my PUR pitcher with this and am very happy. Water tastes better, I appreciate the reservoir can be removed for easy washing, and the design is easier to use. Would recommend.

Works great and the water taste super clean! The filter works slow but it holds a lot of water so not really a problem.

Leaks A Lot & Slides Around

This water dispenser worked fine for about 6 months before we started noticing failures in the seal of the dispenser causing leaks. The leaks have gotten so bad we are looking for a replacement product since all the water leaks out overnight. There are other small issues with this dispenser, as others have said it isn't heavy enough to stay put when you dispenser water, causing you to almost need two hands to dispense it (on a smooth countertop you definitely need 2 hands to use it). We started keeping our extra butter behind this dispenser to keep it in place. A simple rubber footing around the bottom lip on the container would fix this for both countertop and fridge applications. It seems that LifeStraw is not interested in fixing this product, since leaking issues and sliding/handling issues have been brought up in reviews for over 2 years now. Which is a shame since LifeStraw has a really good filtration product, in a poor delivery system here. I would pay out the nose for an inline home system if they ever move into that market. Until then I continue my search for a non-leaking water dispenser for my fridge. . .

The filtered water seems to be fine. I don’t have any way of testing the water without sending it into a testing lab. The only thing I don’t like as much is the water spout on the front. I wish it was more like a spigot style like other friends have. It’s hard to fill bottles without spilling. My main concern was micro plastics and eliminating them. The water taste is good.

If I was rating only the filter it would be 5 stars! This water truly tastes more pure than any other filtered water I've even had. I have owned 3 different pitchers in the last two amd a half years from life straw and unfortunately every one has multiple cracks. I don't believe I am misusing them and don't regularly move the pitcher except for cleaning.

Dispenser?

Filled with water, the dispenser is very heavy to lift from sink to top shelf refrigerator. Will the spigot hold up? It drips some and I wonder if it will give way.

I love this dispenser. The size is great, refill and pour without lifting, and the filters are small. . great for the environment. I also really like the smokey blue color. It's a nice change from the standard white. I like that this filters out forever plastics, as well as so many toxins.

I loved this for about 2 months. After filtering the water has a very bad smell and taste. I cleaned with bleach and changed the carbon filter but that only fixes it for about a week. The oring that holds the bottom cover on also does not hold. I bought this 11-24.
