While it brews ok, this thing has a manual switch for keeping coffee hot right? NO, this coffee Maker fails to include a pot warmer on the bottom, So the manual switch serves no function to keep it on but just to turn it on. I was left highly disappointed the name that earned trust has been hollowed out to save pennies manufacturing cost.

Very Disappointing.
We are very disappointed in Mr. Coffee. Our old Mr. Coffee lasted about 12 years before it gave out. It was the best carafe around—no drip, perfect spout. We broke and replaced the carafe over the years, but the coffee maker remained loyal and steady. We purchased this new one, and haven’t liked it since day one. First—rather than the lid of the coffee maker opening in the back, it opens on the left side. Due to limited space in a small kitchen, this is a very poor design. It has to be placed on the left side, whether it’s convenient or not. Second-the carafe has been redesigned, and the top is awful. We rinse our pot every day, and dry the inside. When you open the top of the carafe all the way, the lid falls off. After a few months of this, it has fallen out of the holes and been put back enough days that if you just barely have to turn the pot over or touch the top, it falls off. It’s incredibly frustrating. Thank you for the many years we had with our old coffee maker. I am currently shopping for a different brand, because it definitely will not be this brand again. I would rather pay a more for a quality product than support a product that has been made as cheaply as possible.

If your coffee maker is not working, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non-working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer. Let the unit rest for 3-5 minutes. Then, plug it into a different wall outlet. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips, power converters, or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance. Also, make sure that all parts and accessories are properly inserted. Otherwise, it might cause the product not to work properly. Your coffee maker has a 1-year limited warranty.
