Dont waste your money.
The container that holds the water is very small. This is disappointing as you have to fill it twice to get your entire mouth flossed. The water stream is low on high.

Avoid This Company and Their Products.
So you buy it. The directions say there may be two or three nozzles depending on which one you purchased. So being that the box doesn't tell I assume your left to hope you got lucky and got the box with three. FAIL. The directions say there will be a pause in water pressure indicating that you should move to the next tooth. Not true. FAIL. I wish I never wasted my money on this lousy product. Also a very shady deceptive company. Maybe you will get the box with three nozzles and maybe you won't? SERIOUSLY? FAIL!!!!

Keeps breaking every couple months!
This is a great product if it didn't keep breaking every couple months. Water either starts dripping from the unit or from the handle. It's just not made to last and that's too bad because we like it when it works. But having to send it back and wait for a replacement gets old. Glad it has a two year warranty but at the same time, we'll likely have to shop for something else once it breaks outside the warranty period. We'll be on our 3rd unit under warranty.

I bought the first one and it stopped working after 20 days. So I got a replacement and it, too, stopped working after 6 months.

Hi there, Thank you for writing your review. We are sorry to hear that your Philips Sonicare Power Flosser 3000 is not working. In this case, the following troubleshooting tips may help you find a solution. If no water comes out when the motor is on, try the following: Point the nozzle into the sink, ensuring the handle is below the bottom of the reservoir. Slide the pause switch to the “on” position (up). Turn the intensity knob to 10. Hold this position for 30 seconds. Move to the next step when no water comes out after 30 seconds. Gently stretch out the hose to ensure there is no kink in the hose. Try again if water is streaming through the Power Flosser. Move on to the next step is no water comes out. A clogged nozzle can be the reason why there are no water streams. To check if the nozzle is blocked, you will need to clean the nozzle. Remove the nozzle from the handle and rinse it under warm water. Add two parts of warm water and one part of white vinegar in a container. Soak the nozzle in the container for at least 30 minutes. Take the nozzle out and rinse under warm water. Place the nozzle back on the handle and check if it is solved. If still, no water is streaming, move to the next step. Keeps Breaking Down
One star because it works great, when it works. Another star for their customer service and warranty for two years. However, I don't expect this one to last because I've had the unit break (start leaking) within a month of purchase and again, a few months after. Both times, it was covered under warranty and was replaced but I have a feeling this is going to keep happening. Others have also stated theirs started to leak so there is a design flaw with this model. Wish I could just have a dependable unit. I'm pretty sure, after the warranty is up, I'll have to buy a different model. Would not recommend because it sucks to have to send in your unit and wait for a replacement every few months.

Clean teeth
It completely stopped working for me less than a year in. Besides that it was perfect never felt my teeth so clean before. I do recommend but idk maybe I just had a defective one.

Only one flaw
I love everything about this flosser except for the plug. It is LARGE. It's bigger than my mobile fast charger. I wouldn't care if it were a vertical plug, but this one sticks out about 3 or 4 inches from the outlet.

Immediate & outstanding results
I am a first time power flosser user. Based on my dentist's recommendation, I bought the Power Flosser 3000 Cordless WHITE model. I have never experienced any tooth care product that is as effective as this flosser. It is easy to use and the amount of food particles it excavates AFTER normal flossing is nothing short of amazing.

Life changing product
This product has been a game changer for me. I have never been a fan of string flossing. I have a really bad gag reflex and am a gum bleeder. As hard as I tried, I could never constantly floss. After recently purchasing the power flosser 3000, I now floss twice a day. It is so easy to use and can get to areas I never could with string floss. Highly recommended for anyone that hates flossing.

Small, Compact and Mighty, it gets the job done !
I have used the competition product all my life. I found that the competition product was very noisy, bulky, hard to clean and clunky. I LOVE Philips Products and was looking for a new product on the market. Philips Power Flosser is AMAZING ! It’s has all the checks on my list, SMALL, COMPACT, BERY QUIET, and. Bad at all
The device must be placed VERY close to your face, or you'll not get to your mouth with the handle - the line is far too short and too unflexible. With the holder distracting the way for the tank for refilling, there shouldn't be anything similar stupid in the market. Cleaning? No idea, maybe, maybe not; my very old battery-operated previous cleaner didn't work worse.

Dentist approved any Philips, sonicare, toothbrush, or water flosser
I just bought it today and I absolutely love it. I already have a Philips sonicare kids toothbrush that I use and it works awesome my last dentist check up was so good. My dentist found no plaque on my teeth. She said whatever you’re doing. Keep it up with everybody was as good as you.
