Why did you change the formula? This new scent STINKS. It smells like the dollar general bathroom. The original scent was absolutely amazing. The new one is GROSS. You lost a long time customer and a family of 8 people who absolutely loved daily silk in bar and body wash. We had every possible form of it, even the travel size that was so hard to find! I’ll never buy it again!

I have been a Caress user for over 40 years. No longer since the scent change. Not necessarily because the scent, the soap itself is not the same. Leaves skin tight and drier. Also leaves a film in the bath water and on sides of tub.. very disappointing. At least give us a choice to buy older version.

When i was younger i never liked Caress Soap , i felt it made my skin greasy , but this kind …… i which i could have afforded all of them they had in the shelf ! Please don’t stop making this scent , it’s great !

Please go back to original formula and scent. I have used Caress since I was a child and can no longer use it because the scent is too strong and it doesn't feel clean.

I'm thinking your company hired the people that invented new Coca-Cola which flopped on its face because your new Caress bar doesn't smell as good as the original it's not even close to the original it's too sweet and overpowering in fact pretty much everyone in our family { that's 16 lost customers to you} have quit using your bar soap. It is really a shame because my granddaughters say that my wife doesn't smell like grandmother anymore because she doesn't use your Caress bar because she can't get the old product with the old fragrance please fire your new Coke promotional people and go back to the product that made caress the enjoyable bar soap that it was. Have you noticed that people who put five stars are ones who received free product and the people that did not approve of your product have been long time users that's your customer base that you have permanently lost by changing something that was fantastic into something that is mediocre at best and that's only because you can compare it to the original. Those using it for the first time if they could compare it to the old fragrance would pick the old fragrance most of the time. I'm sure. Please bring back the old fragrance or at least make both products and like new Coca-Cola put new caress on it and see which one sells better... at least give your customers the choice Don't Force something that people who have been using this product for 20-30 years or more don't appreciate very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve Been using the caress beauty bar soap and I’m impressed with the scent that is so good . It’s so soft and feminine and actually lingers on your skin even after you’re out of the shower. And after hours you can still smell it on your body.

I have faithfully and loving used these “old formula “ caress bar soap. The new version is HORRIBLE, drying, grainy AND I will not be purchasing any more. BRING back the old version.

The smell is totally different,it is not the same as the original one. I am allergic to almost every soap and the original is the only one I can use. There is something in the new one that makes me break out. Y’all should have never messed with it. Been using original caress for a long time

Whatever you guys did to this bar soap is a solid 0/10. I've used this for at least 20 years daily. I can no longer use it at all! The smell is terrible. The squeak that it leave on my skin is terrible. And the irritation is at an all.time high. I am 100% unhappy with this product! Bring back the old bar!

Nothing like the original! This does does leave your skin feeling soft at all! Going back to Dove as it is soooo much better on my skin!! I bought 8 bars...what a waste of money 😡🤮

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice gentle bar soap. It lathers very well. It has a gentle scent, a little too floral for my preference. It rinses off easily. I would definitely try another scent!

I wish you would bring back the old scent and formula. I was a 20+ year loyal customer and the new scent and formula is horrible. You've probably received so many other complaints, I don't understand why you don't bring it back. My entire family and friends all had to stop using it because all 9 of us agreed it smelled horrible and made us all have skin issues. And we were all 20+ year loyal customers. You've definitely lost a lot of business. Please bring the old formula and scent back.

They have changed tue formula for tye daily silk orange bar and it is horrible! Leaves you skin dry, doesn't smell as nice and actually doesn't even compare to the old one. The 5 star reviews have to be paid because if I could give it a negative 5 I would. Thanks for nothing. 40 year customer and I'll never buy it again- unless they change it back!

I use it when I’m washing my face in the mornings as well as for the rest of my body. It’s packaged in a recyclable box, and leaves your skin feeling super soft. The scent is light and not overpowering which is great for me personally. It’s easy on the wallet too!

Not sure why the original fragrance has been altered, but it needs to be changed back!! This new daily silk fragrance is awful!! It stinks!! Please change it back!! Why do companies always have to mess with a good thing??!
