My sugar was opened. I placed order so i didnt have to go into store and now i have to go in anyway and take a second trip to store. Waste of my time

Damaged product
Bag was received partially open and sugar was all in bag and all over car trunk when bag fell over. I called for refund but was told I had to come back to store to get refund. That requires a 15 minute trip each way which is very inconvenient. They should have noticed top of sugar bag was opened
