Works well in ground Turkey too
I have been subbing out beef for ground turkey in some dishes... darn docters trying to make me more healthy... anyway, adding some of this gets me a lot of flaver, I tend to toss it in for anything I make in place of beef.

This is my Favorite
I haven't try all of them yet but this is my favorite! I like pepper but I wanted something with a little kick to it and this is it. I use it on Hamburgers, Steak, Chicken, and Tuna. I take it everywhere.

Great Flavor But Too Salty For Me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the creative spice blend, however it's too salty for me. I prefer just using the spices and then adding a pinch of salt at the end. Though, this did make my hamburgers taste more like from a restaurant vs basic backyard bbq meat.

Amazing flavor in a bottle

Great flavor!

However, I loved the flavors in this blend! The onion and garlic gave it such a great burst of flavor compared to how I normally season my burgers. I will surely use this again!

Surprisingly, Great flavor!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don't make hamburgers regularly for dinner or cook dinner offer at home. So it took a while for us to be able to sample McCormicks Hamburger seasoning. I must admit we where pleasantly surprised with the taste. Even after cooking the hamburger the seasoning was still on and it was a nice flavor. I like my meat well done and sometimes flavor goes away since my meat tends to be dry because of cooking too long. I highly recommend this to anyone who is going to be having hamburgers at their next meal, or BBQ.

I use this an everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great seasoning that although says hamburger, it really works well on most meats because it's a blend of herbs & spices like black pepper, chili pepper, onion, red bell pepper and garlic. Cheat time, I use it when I roast veggies too and it tastes great. I'm a huge fan of the McCormick Grill Mate seasonings now. I'm so glad to have gotten the chance to try this for a discounted price for my honest opinion.

McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning

This seasoning is packed full of flavor and will add deliciousness to your burgers. We paired bbq sauce instead of good old ketchup and mustard. It compliments the seasoning well! We also make our own patties from ground beef (not frozen already packaged). I think this makes a difference as you are able to evenly distribute it throughout meat when mixing. A must try for sure!

No more plain tasting burgers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After opening this Hamburger Seasoning, it smelled very much like pepper which I'm not a huge fan of on anything more than just a sprinkle. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I took the first bite of my burger and got a flavorful taste that wasn't over peppered at all. From the past hamburgers I've cooked, these burgers were more juicy and made me go back for another one! I'll be using this seasoning every time I make hamburgers from now on, I'd even go as far to say that I'd try it on other types of meat as well. I mixed the seasoning in throughout the ground beef and as well as some on top the meat before cooking.

Elevate your Burger!

I was skeptical about this seasoning at first thinking it was just another burger seasoning of salt and pepper and the usual… I was wrong! We used the recommendation on the side of the bottle for seasoning our hamburger and made burgers. My husband cooked them on the blackstone and oh my gosh they were packed with flavor! (So much that we didn't think to snap a picture until they were gone!) This is a new staple in our cabinet!

Good For All

We worried that it would be too spicy for them but they devoured them... then had seconds! It's was nice and tangy, paired work the smoke was perfection.
