A: Yes. We always make sure we get the Nyquil that contains alcohol. This one is the only medicine my husband and I take because it knocks you out so you can sleep.

Lid is impossible to open
Product inside is as good as ever. It works great for colds. However the new bottle for NyQuil requires squeezing both sides to open and I could not open the lid as hard as I squeezed and twisted. I’m a tall female with extra large hands and work in construction, and have bought the triangular version for decades. In order to open this new style bottle, I had to pull out tool box, squeeze with wrench, still would not work loosen. Then took out my industrial nippers and cut off outer lid off, found an inner lid, and cracked it open with a screwdriver, transferred contents to a Ball preserve jar. Not sure will buy this again. Too much trouble.

Don't do it
What monster decided to infuse NyQuil with Vicks? The same tingling you get from Vicks vapor rub on your chest, you will get burning down your esophagus to your stomach. There’s no reason for these two brands to collab to make this vile concoction.

Taste is very strong and not great
It works but the TASTE is not good. I pretty much tastes like Vicks.

Great product and beautiful package
NyQuil always does the trick when the flu or bad cold hits and I just want to sleep. The package really catches your eye. got it home and was easy to remove seal, then wow look at the cool does cup...easy to grip, see the dose and it's snaps on with a subtle satisfying snap and it's recyclable!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a medicine that one ought to have on hand for when viruses and flus hit. It's not fun to have to go shopping when sick. This set includes both daytime and nighttime aid for fighting off colds, flus, or other viruses that cause stuffy or runny nostrils, sore throats, sinus pressure or headaches from sinus issues. The daytime lasts long enough to only need 2 doses a day and the night time one helps sleep for several hours. I do recommend it if sick, but also to have on hand to be prepared for sicknesses hitting.

This NyQuil Cold & Flu Nighttime Relief Liquid really helped me get to sleep especially when sleep is crucial for healing. I am not a huge fan of the taste but like I tell my kids about medicine, it's not meant to taste good but it's meant to make you feel better! I am sure others don't mind the medicine taste! I used this for several days in a row to help me sleep and keep symptoms at bay. Definitely recommend!

This worked great to treat the small symptoms that I had this time around like chills and congestion. I always make sure I have Nyquil around to help me out during all my sicknesses!

Tastes good and works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like cherry in general but am always wary when it’s put as flavor in medicine. This one actually tastes good and doesn’t have a strong medicinal taste. To me it also has a bit of a warming feel when taking. No bad aftertaste. Vicks is always in my house for many uses from stuffy nose and sinus issues to chest congestion so I was curious to try a cold and flu by a brand I already trust and use. Works as expected and no bad taste so a double win.
