Two bottles need two cases!!
I'm a little more than halfway through the first bottle, and the disk isn't fully neutralizing the solution anymore. I spent the last two days with irritated eyes wondering what was making them burn and feel so miserable before I realized it was this stuff. Like other negative reviews have said, a two-pack truly needs two sets of cases. The second bottle is useless.

Changed packaging, now doesnt work
I used to love this product and have been using it for years and years now. They changed the packaging or formula and now it either always burns my eyes when I put my contacts in or the case starts oozing everywhere and then immediately emptying, leaving my contacts without solution and not even cleaning them at all. Quality has gone really downhill lately

Triple action cleaning
Great disinfectant for my daily wear high prescription contact lenses. I wish they made these in travel sized as the hydroglide solution irritates my eyes and leaves film on my eyes. I get a bad allergic reaction and my eye doctor told me to get the triple action clean and stick with it.

Burning eyes - manufacturer should be called out!
Like the other reviewers, I have been using this product for over 25 years at the recommendation of my optometrist, and since March, I have also had the eye burning issue even though I have not changed my practices. I called the company and they sent me a replacement travel size and case. Then in June it happened again. Basically one case is now good for one bottle of solution, not the two. My doctor says they are probably skimping on the platinum on the disk, so the acid does not completely neutralize. I called the company again and they sent me another replacement. Then it happened again in July. They charge more and more (remember when it was $12 for two bottles.). But they reduce the quality. Shame on the manufacturer!! People’s eyes should not be endangered so.

Burning Eyes
I have used this product for years now. I loved how clean it was getting my contact lenses. Did not compare to any other solution. Was hands down, so much better! Recently, however, the last batch or two has left my eyes burning even after letting the contacts sit in the solution for 6+ hours per the directions. The first time I thought it was a fluke, switched out the case to a new one and had the same problem. I have never had this issue until earlier this year. Will not buy again until this is resolved!

I have used this product faithfully for over 20 years. However the last few batches have had problems with the neutralizing discs… they stop working as well about halfway through the first bottle. With one disc/case per two bottles, this means burning your eyes every morning after the first couple weeks of use. I am making do by rinsing and soaking in plain saline for a few minutes before putting my lenses in every morning but there is clearly a dangerous quality control issue happening and Clear Care has yet to address it. Hopefully if they receive enough negative feedback they will stop resting on their laurels and fix their product.

Great product!
The best soft contact lens cleaner for sensitive eyes. I have been using this cleaner for probably 20 years now and it is the absolute best for my dry, sensitive eyes. Cleaning is easy with the included case and cleaning solution. Just be aware you cannot rinse off your contacts with the cleaning solution (so either put straight in your eye or rinse off with some saline solution) and they must be in the cleaner the stated amount of hours or the solution will not be properly neutralized. My one complaint (other than the hefty price tag) is how similar the packaging of this cleaner is to the Clear Care Cleaner with Hydraclear (which does NOT feel good to my eyes and I have mistakenly purchased more than once).

Like new contacts everyday
This contact solution cleans contacts better than any other solution I have ever tried, and I've been wearing contacts for most of my life. Every other solution leaves a weird residue that irritates my eyes all day long. This is the only one that gives me that fresh contact feeling every day. It has to be the triple action cleaning one not the Hydro glide. The Hydro glide has that thing that leaves a residue it's not the same.

Clear Care now only gives you one cartridge bottle/lense container for 2 bottles of solution. By the time you start using bottle #2, your eyes are burning. Paying more money for 2 bottles and you can't use the second bottle. Cannot find one bottle and cartridge container to purchase. Used to be able to get Target brand, of course, that seems to be discontinued. Very upset about this.

Does anyone notice that with only one cleansing lens storage container in a two bottle box, that your eyes start burning by the time you are using your second bottle? They really need two lens cases when selling a two solution box. I think the disk in the lens case stops being able to adequately neutralize the solution. My eyes have been burning for last three hours.

Best solution for my scleral lenses
This is the only contact lens solution I use. Recommend by by ophthalmologist. I have been using it for seven or eight years. A case is included in each box. The price has gone up in the past few years like everything else but I won’t use a substitute.
