Finally! Parchment paper that stays flat. Our new Stay Flat packaging has a reinforced panel that makes our classic parchment paper lay flat every time. It’s easy to use: just TUCK, PRESS and PULL. This parchment paper also includes SmartGrid lines that serve as a guide for cookie dough, so each cookie has room to spread evenly while baking. You can also use the SmartGrid to get straight lines and accurate sizing for a perfect fit in any pan. Virtually useless now - you will need scissors

Terrible. The cutter on the newer boxes is no longer sharp enough and, despite following the box instructions precisely, it’s impossible to get a clean edge any more. I see Reynolds also sells parchment paper in individual sheets, for twice the unit cost of the rolls. Is it possible Reynolds purposely ruined the quality of the roll product in order to sucker us into spending more for the individual sheets?

Disastrous order processing

Somehow, this was not included in my order. After I checked my order, the staff member told me if this was missing. I had to go into the customer service area to get it. The clerk there told me I had to come in to get it because “they were a little short staffed.” Ridiculous!

Great paper. Just okay at cutting

This parchment paper works just fine, though I do not find the cutting edge very good quality. My sheets come out all jagged because one side will pull, so I have to keep my left thumb right over where my right hand is pulling the paper. It’s not a deal breaker and the paper itself is great. But the cutting mechanism has been better.
