I have tried the holistic approach and natural ingredients, but they seem to make me sweat more. I don’t really want to use products with harmful ingredients but we have to pick our battles right? I do like old spice, they’ve been around forever. The Fiji smell is a little intense but I’m glad to say the deodorant works. It leaves white residue so be careful with clothing.

You like lighter tropical / coconut‑type scents and want something that feels refreshing. You need a decent everyday antiperspirant/deodorant (office, errands, moderate activity), but not necessarily for heavy sweat workouts. You’re okay with trying out something to see how your skin reacts, especially if you’ve used similar Old Spice or scented antiperspirants

Has a great scent to it and it lasted about 12 hours on my evening exercising. Has a good value for the money it costs. A must try. Has a lot of good ingredients and doesn't break out.
