I recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They were slightly effective for me but everyone is different. The onset wasn't very fast but I was able to fall asleep a bit quicker than usual. Like I said everyone is different so judge for yourself. I usually have a very hard time falling asleep so I guess these were a bit helpful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This nighttime sleep aid really helps me get to sleep on nights when I struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep. You take just one small tablet 30 mins before bed and they help you get to sleep and stay asleep! It’s only recommended to use when you are able to get a full nights rest. I’m glad to have reviewed this and to be able to keep it in my cabinet for anytime we need it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I’ve had my coffee. I appreciate that it’s non habit forming so I’m not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bottle is easy to open.Inside you will find little blue pill that is very easy to swallow. Unison sleep tablets works very well for me. Mast be taken at least 30 min before bedtime. I have hard time falling asleep and stay asleep longer then 3 hours because of hot flashes and night sweet. I was given opportunity to try this sleep aid and I'm glad that I took it.It helps me sleep ,very deep sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready for the day. I do not wake up groggy. I would recommend you to try this sleep said if you have trouble sleeping. But first talk to your Dr.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well. I can confidently say that these pills definitely do the trick. I feel that they knock me out in a decent amount of time and help me get a good night sleep. However, I can also say that I do not like these pills. The reason to this is because, no matter how much sleep I get after taking them (5,8, or even 10 hours) , I have consistently woken up feeling TERRIBLE after taking them. I’m a recovering alcoholic and the way I feel when waking up from these feels like waking up after a long night of heavy drinking. I’m grouchy, still extremely tired, and just sluggish and completely out of it all day. I do no think that THAT is worth it. I can find other ways of falling asleep that will not leave me feeling like that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my dad passed away last month, this tablet has truly been a lifesaver. I could not fall asleep or stay asleep without it. Instructions are simple and clear: take one tablet 30 minutes before going to bed. Pill size is very small and easy to swallow. I did not notice any side effects but according to the instructions common side effect is headache or tiredness next day. I do not recommend use it during the day if you operate any machine or a vehicle so is any sedative, and keep away from children under 12. Overall, i’m very grateful to have found something what actually works.

Shockingly Effective!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last several years, I have struggled to get a good night's sleep. Recently, that has been compounded by having to temporarily sleep on an air mattress after our dog's surgery, to watch over him at night. After more than two months of absolutely pathetic sleep, I tried these Unisom tabs and actually got a good night's sleep. Even on nights when I've slept lots of hours, I was still waking up exhausted. I took this the first night and was amazed by how restful my sleep actuality was. I hit a 90 sleep score according to my Fitbit, vs. the 60s - 70s that I've been experiencing. I've tried it several times since and while not every night has been as good as that, they've all been better than my typical sleep. It has successfully quieted my dreaming too, which is a factor in my lack of restful sleep. I also haven't had any issues with major grogginess, though on a few occasions it's taken longer than normal to rub the sleep from my eyes the next morning. But my brain has been sharp and unaffected by using this, which is great. I can take one pill and know I'll still be functional the next morning. I honestly didn't have high expectations from this and was pleasantly surprised by the efficacy and ease of use. And if it can help my sleep, I imagine almost anyone could benefit from it.

I will say I did fall asleep about 30-45 minutes after I took this. No weird side effects for me. They do not taste very good in my opinion, kind of metallic. I just take them with water.

Easy to take and no morning after groggy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy do these work! Took only 1 with water and I was out in 30 minutes. I'm kind of a lightweight when it comes to sleep aid and one did the trick. I slept peacefully and didn't wake up groggy. The packaging is easy to get into, unlike some lids and the teeny pill is so easy to swallow! You don't even know you've taken it. I trust Unisom and I'm grateful for the good night's sleep.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof

Works Like a Dream Come True!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have trouble staying asleep throughout the whole night. I was very excited to test out a sleep aid in hopes of a full nights rest. Unisom Sleep Tabs definitely delivered! I followed the directions to take approximately a half hour before going to sleep. I felt like it took me about an hour to fall asleep after talking. Once I was sleeping I was sleeping! It was a wonderful nights rest and I felt refreshed in the morning! The pills are small and easy to swallow with no taste or aroma. The bottle is childproof but easy to open for adults. I will definitely be making Unisom part of my nightly routine and I highly recommend checking it out if you struggle with sleep.
