Damaged product, poor customer service
Two containers were busted. I asked for a partial refund but was told I had to return all 12 to the store. I didn't want to go to the store, which is why I ordered them to my house. Very heavy and bulky to return. Not my fault, yet somehow my problem to now deal with.

Pray nothing gets damaged during shipping.
I ordered 4 extra large Sterilite containers. One of the four lids was damaged during shipping. I just want the damaged lid replaced. However, Target requires the entire order to be returned, rather than just sending me a single lid, and requires me to re-order all four extra large containers. Such a simple fix to send me a replacement lid, but now this has become a chore :(

Unfortunately there is a risk with purchasing storage totes online. Two of the totes were broken. Great totes (the ones I could use), just not enough padding in the boxes to prevent them from cracking when the boxes get thrown around on their way to your door.

Packaging improved?
Ordered the 60gal 8 pack with wheels (which shipped in 2 packages with 4 storage totes each) and was worried from other reviews that they may arrive broken, but all arrived in perfect condition. Not sure if the packaging improved since then or the other reviewers had their packages roughly handled, but I didn't have an issue with my order.

Damaged up on arrival
We have not been able to find these bins in the stores to match the ones we already have. Ordered these online and the pack of 12 was the minimum package. These came in 2 boxes. One of the bins on the bottom was broken up on arrival. There is no way to just replace one bin with seller. You can only return all 12 and get a refund which is too much trouble. Wish there was a way to just get one replacement.

Overpriced damaged crap
Overpriced for the quality. Two of 12 bins were cracked and unusable. Only option for recourse appears to be shipping back the two giant boxes with all 12 from the set. I tried to bring the two damaged bins to target for an in-store adjustment, but they will do nothing. I had not realized these are from a third-party vendor with evidently no guarantee from target.
