Swiffer products have never been treated me poorly and I love them for it. This works amazing, my in laws have a short haired dog so his hair is like a magnet sticking to everything; yet hard to brush off of clothing, furniture etc. I clean their house and I love how these are stacked in their box with an easy to open flap that you can close after getting a new one to avoid getting anything on one not being used. One cloth makes their entire first floor level look like a dog never shed one hair in it.

Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Some floor surfaces may create more pressure on the cloth when mopping, causing it to release from the grippers. If this happens, try turning the cloth over and use the plain white side to clean your floor to get the improved performance of our Heavy Duty Wet cloths. Here are a few other helpful tips: * Make sure the green strip is around the edge of the mop, not on the floor while mopping. This should ensure there is enough material to tuck into the grippers. * For best results, use both hands while mopping. One hand should be placed on the mop's top, and the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the mop head to help keep it flat during use.
