Banana Boat Light As Air Sunscreen Lotion - SPF 50 - 6 fl oz

Best sunscreen I've used for everyday wear. It dries light and NOT sticky/tacky. If there is a light scent, I do not notice it, and I am very " scent"sitive to perfumed skin products and avoid them like the plague. BB's Light As Air Lotion is my daily go-to. I highly recommend it.

I have dry skin, I am in my late 30's and live in a tempered but dry state. I love this product a lot. It does not affect my skin at all and is gentle enough for my highly reactive skin. I am very fair and have never gotten sun burned with this sunscreen in hand. I can apply this properly all the way around my eyes and it does not travel or sting the eyes through out the day; I reapply every 2 hours. The application is comfortable, and the finish is enjoyable. As someone that cannot use mineral sunscreen due to their astringent nature I highly recommend this as an alternative. I would like to see a fragrance free version; the fragrance is light and goes away quickly, I just prefer no fragrance in my skin care products. I hope this product stays on the shelf FOREVER.

Probably the best sunscreen I have ever used from the US, and even better than a lot I have tried from overseas. Especially considering the limitations of the filters available in the US, Banana Boat absolutely knocked it out of the park with this formula. It's lightweight, dries down completely, leaves no shine (but doesn't make the skin look flat and dry either), and has no white cast, streakiness, stickiness or greasiness. People who love sunscreen will love it as an example of a phenomenal formula, and people who hate sunscreen will love it because it feels like a different product entirely. I wish they still sold the 3oz facial version because it's more travel-friendly, but in the meantime I will happily buy tube after tube of the big ones. Please keep making it forever!

This wonderful sunscreen can't travel through TSA because the tube size is too big. Inexplicably, BB discontinued the Light as Air face version, which did meet TSA limits. Please offer a 3oz or less version of Light as Air.

Of the common big brand names for reasonable prices, this sun screen has the best non-greasy finish. Bought it on a whim and so glad I did, won't be buying anything for body sunscreen so long as this is around!

Love the consistency, makes it easy to apply.

Finally, a protective sunscreen that does not feel like smeared glop all over you. Thank you. Went back and bought three more. Would love to see it in a travel size as well.

My daughter and I have been using this sunscreen daily since last year and it works great! It’s lightweight and it blends well. They have a face only version that also works wonderful.

Works fine I guess but it works just the same as other sunscreen lotions. Not light as air at all. Thought it would have been different

Nice texture but wayyy too fragrant. I was surprised because some of the reviews on here said it had a nice light clean scent—nope. It smells too perfumey. Was looking for a good chemical spf for my kid’s sensitive skin (chemical because don’t want white cast from mineral spf). The texture is like lotion which is easy to apply but the fragrance ruins it.

Let me start by saying I’ve purchased and tried many sunscreens, 20 plus, and nothing compares to this one. It goes on like a lotion and soaks right in with no white cast or greasiness. Leaves a soft feel to the skin. My family has been wearing this sunscreen daily for a couple of years. The true test was a 2 day visit to Disney, sun up to sun down, with no color pickup to our fair skin. It was applied as directed and every 2 hours. We also wear at the pool and has great protection. My kids enjoy applying this with no complaints, even on the face and around the eyes. My only complaint is it is hard to find in a store. Can only buy online. Target PLEASE stock in store!

My favorite sunscreen! Light as Air is the perfect name -- it absorbs quickly, doesn't leave a white cast, and works really well. I wear it daily, and have worn it at the pool, for hours on boats and hiking; it has provided great sun protection in all those scenarios -- I have never burned and haven't even really gotten even a slight tan. I highly recommend this suncreen.

I bought this due to my old sunscreen causing a very mild reaction and being very greasy. I followed the instructions on the bottle and was happy to find it wasn't greasy. It took a little extra effort to completely rub it into my skin but that's no big deal and I ended up applying three times while I was out in the sun with my family on a trip as the instructions say to apply every two hours if not in the water. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the product washing off when me and my family got caught in the rain on the same trip I mentioned and the product being advertised as water resistant. Overall its a good sunscreen. Its not greasy but it does leave a dewy feeling on the skin or the feeling of powder on your skin. You have to give it a good rub in and follow the instructions as listed on the bottle and it has very little fragrance. However I would recommend this sunscreen only for if you don't plan to get into a pool or ocean if on a trip to the beach because it will come completely off the second water makes contact with it.

This sunscreen is exactly what it says it is! Goes on so light, not heavy or oily! Perfect for this summer.
