Not Made to Last
I do not recommend htis Keurig. We had an older model for 7+ years. I thought this model looked great and despite the fact that the old one was working, I decided to upgrade. In less than 3 months it has broken. The top hinged part is out of alignment and does not close. We have to exert a lot of pressure and hold it down while the coffee maker is making the coffee. Needless to say, I am not happy at all. Keurig has a one year warrenty that I will submit, but best case scenario they will send me another one that will likely break again. I wish I had kept my old model. Learn from my mistake. Do not purchase this machine!

Do not purchase this model
Still have my first Keurig purchased over 7 years and it still works. However I Bought two k-supreme models and both just stopped working around a year after purchasing. Just stopped no lights nothing. What a huge disappointment!

This is the second Keurig in less than six months that I purchased. The coffee maker gets an electrical smell and shuts off . There is nothing wrong with my electric either ! They last a few months then over heat and die highly disappointing for then price!

Save your money and dont buy
Literally had for 1 year and it decided not to work anymore. I put the pod in, pulled down and buttons are not lighting up and when I push on them they aren’t brewing. Very disappointed. This model of keurig is no good. I also wasted 2 of my coffee pods. It also splatters coffee everywhere when brewing. It’s very messy.

Buy something else...didn't even last 18 months.
I purchased this brewer in Dec 2024. Before the first year was up the thermal fuse had tripped and I had to use my warranty to get a replacement. Now, March 2026 the thermal fuse has tripped yet again and the machine had smoke billowing out the top of it. Save your money and buy a different model or another brand all together.
