Bought this for guests to use. It was used about 8 times in a year and today we pulled it out and it turned on for a bit , smelled like burning plastic, and then never turned back on. Very disappointing

Lasted less than a year.
Ours was used daily for about 10 months, then one day it wouldn't turn on and smelled like its electrical parts were overheating. It also did not brew coffee very strong even on the "strong" setting. Would definitely not recommend.

Second replacement
I would definitely not recommend at all. We only use it for the hot water feature, We do not use with the coffee pods. It’s already been replaced (warranty) and the same thing happened again. It just stopped working.

Descaling light
Descaling process is easy, but I struggle to figure out how to get the light off each time I do it. I have to google it each time because I forget the next time. I have rinsed more that needed, probably twice as much, and still nothing. Unplugged the machine for a while, pushed all the recommended button combinations, and nothing. I’m over it and over this crappy machine.

Waste of money
Purchased this 5 months ago for use at our cottage so doesn't get daily use. Stopped turning on. Googled it and this seems to be a regular problem. Won't be replacing it with another Keurig

poor durability
nice product while it lasted. We bought ours just over a year ago and it recently started giving us error messages that support could not help fix. I would not recommend this product based on durability alone

Over It
While I have enjoyed the sleek design of this model, the life span is a joke. I have been through 2 of these in the past year (to the day). Everything works fine until one day it just turns off never to turn on ever again. I have inspected plugs for damage, they're always clean. I have tried other outlets to no avail. It just stops working. usually between 9 and 11 months of use before appliance death.
