Description
With a glass shade framed by scalloped leafing, this regal torchiere floor lamp draws attention to its majestic qualities with dramatic detailing. Faux wood base comes in a dark wood finish and has muted gold finish accents. Up top is a frosted glass torchere style bowl that directs upwards for general room illumination. This lamp is a statement piece. Its' presence commands a room. It's bold and daring. I bought two. Arrives in a huge well-packed box with styrofoam several inches thick. Lamps Plus does an excellent job at packing and shipping. When assembling, line up threads on pieces accurately. I tightened only two revolutions and it got stuck. Don't force. Just unscrew and realign pieces. Once realigned correctly, It took me about 15 revolutions to completely tighten. This lamp is solid as a rock. Light from this lamp is directed upward into ceiling so not good for reading. Disappointed that there was a Prop 65 sticker on SHIPPING BOX that warned of cancer risks from this product. See photo of box sticker. This information would have been helpful PRIOR to this purchase!

I purchased three of these and very satisfied. Very elegant!! Unpacking is a little cumbersome, but packed very well that there is no way the lamp could get damaged in shipment. When assembling, make sure you are careful and not cross-thread the parts that screw together. Dimmable from 1 watt to 150 watts. Gorgeous and looks more expensive than what I paid.

This is a beautiful lamp!! Built like a tank and very study. It arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged. I really like the fact that it uses standard bulbs and size. It has a foot controlled dimmer switch that goes from 1watt to 150watts. You can dim with precise control unlike the 3 stage dimmer switches on so many other lamps. This lamp is heavy. Making it safe around pets and children. The glass upward facing shade is thick and strong. I would strongly recommend this floor lamp to anyone looking for quality and great looks. Not cheap looking at all. I bought two and they look great in my home theater room.

The Rita Acanthus Keaf Tirchiet floor lamp makes a bold statement of Elegance and Classiness. The lamp is sturdy and well made, its golden antique colored leafs pop off the ebony pole. This was so gorgeous I had to buy a second lamp!

This lamp looks great, but the top did not fit properly onto the shaft. We have placed it in a corner of the room,with the uneven closer facing the corner so you can't notice it.

Love this lamp however, it was the replacement to the first one since the pieces would not screw together. It is a very heavy lamp which made it difficult to put back in the original packaging to return. Lamp Plus does not mention you need the original package to return something until you get into the box which may be torn apart getting the original piece out. Fortunately, we were able to put it in the box that came with the 2nd lamp.

I would highly recommend this torchiere. I purchased it for a client and was happy to see how substantial it is in size and weight. The detail is very nice. Photo represents product to a"T". It does a great job illuminating an area in her house that needed more light. Most of all my client was very pleased with it and is getting many positive remarks.

This lamp is surprisingly beautiful! I had no expectation that this lamp was as beautiful as it is. l! I initially purchased one lamp but after seeing it, I decided to purchase a second lamp. The foot control for dimming the light is very convenient; and the glass bowl adds to its elegance. It fits perfectly with my decor!
