A: Thank you for your inquiry. We recommend water that has been boiled and allowed to cool, or water that doesn't have any contaminants. The warmer features an airtight lid to prevent contaminants from entering the water, further reducing any risk. A: We advise the use of distilled water for the Baby Brezza Instant warmer as it significantly reduces the maintenance required for the heating plate. While it is possible to use other types of water, such as baby water, filtered water or any other kind of water, please be aware that they may leave mineral deposits on the heating plate, necessitating more frequent maintenance and cleaning. Q: This unit must stay plugged in to keep water at temp and on for the water to stay at the desired temp?

A: Yes as long as the Instant Warmer is plugged in, it will maintain the desired temperature 24/7 and let you dispense warm water on demand. If you unplug the unit and then replug it back in, it takes about 10 minutes to warm up the entire tank.

A: We recommend hand washing with the lid and container in warm, soapy water before every use, then rinsing and drying thoroughly. Do not immerse the appliance in water because it contains electronics. If you have hard water, we also recommend mineral descaling once a month to remove any mineral build-up and ensure the appliance operates optimally.

Love the convenience!; it also stays at a perfect temperature and doesn’t take long for it to warm up when refilled!. Makes nighttime feedings so much easier to just push down and fill the bottle fast and easy. Ended up buying the other version just because of how much we love this version!.

I had it for a few months,it was great until it kept leaking while pouring,the temperature will not stay as setted,and it's not worth $50 I paid for due to these issues.

The Instant Warmer makes bottle preparations so convenient. My grandson is very impatient when it comes to feeding time. He does not like having to wait for his bottle to warm up. With the Instant Warmer his bottle is ready in less then a minute! Just wish the water container was removable which would make cleaning easier!
