CAUTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Use only as directed. Do not use if you are allergic to menthol or any of the ingredients above. Menthol causes a sensation that most people experience as "cooling" or "tingling", and find to be refreshing and enjoyable. However, some people describe a "stinging" or "burning" sensation they find to be unpleasant. This is usually mild and goes away shortly after use. If you experience stinging or burning, wait 24 hours before irrigating with a Eucalyptus SaltPod. You can immediately rinse out the nasal cavity by irrigating with an Original SaltPod. If you experience pain during use, stop immediately. If the pain continues, consult a health care professional. If you experience swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away Only for use when mixed with 7.75 oz (230 ml) of water. Strong, but Refreshing
The Eucalyptus SaltPod is quite strong at the outset, but when it is completed there is a refreshing, open nasal passages feel that is the best. It really opens them up better than anything I've tried.

Love the Navage and all of its accessories!
First of all, the Navage Congestion Relief is a true Godsend! I could actually tolerate any of the salt pods, but the Eucalyptus makes me look forward to using the machine more. It gives cooling relief to my nasal passages as it's going in. And that's a good thing, especially when my nose is burning from allergy irritation or cold and sinus congestion.

Navage helped me breathe
I was so congested after getting over pneumonia I didn't think I'd ever breathe freely again! I went and bought the Navage and got the eucalyptus salt pod when I placed my order. I was so relieved to have the menthol in there to help assist in opening up my sinuses and clear out the mucus. It was a true blessing. I will surely be getting more of them in my next order.

I buy the eucalyptus mainly
The others are okay but the eucalyptus feels so good and feels clean and fresh. Wakes me the heck up! I just tried the Alkalol and it did the job nicely but kind of reminded me of my childhood 50 years ago, small town doctor office and gave me mixed feelings. All the flavors work great!
