Don’t spend money on this. Idk how people are saying this product taste great. I gag trying to drink it. I’ve added less water, more water, added it to sparking water, ginger Ale, added peach syrup to it, added coconut syrup to it. It’s AWFUL any which way I try to drink it. AAANNDDD it didn’t even do anything for me. I somehow made my way through the whole box just to see if there was an increase, and nothing. Tastes horrendous and didn’t work.

Be careful with fenugreek!
Wasn’t a fan of the taste at all. Also, sometimes fenugreek boosta supply, but sometimes it stops it. So I stopped drinking/taking anything with it. It wasn’t worth the risk to me.

I bought this when I went back to work to try to keep my supply up. I am not really sure if it works or not. I haven't really noticed an increase in my supply at all. It doesn't taste bad, but it's not great. It tastes almost fizzy. I would recommend mixing it with more than just 8 ounces of water. I typically mix it with at least 16 ounces.

Horrible taste
For the price, honestly not worth it. I couldn’t go past the taste. I attempted to chug it down quickly but it still left an after taste. To me, it was a waste of money. Didn’t really see a difference in my supply.

Gross taste
I really tried to like these, especially because of the price, but they taste nasty! I literally have to chug it to be able to deal with the taste. Haven't seen much of a difference in my milk supply either.
