Warning for people with exsisting acid reflux and IBS problems
With In only 2 days of taking this pre/pro biotic supplement my gut and body feel like I was getting hit with a wrench inside and out while also being a continuous spinning ride (On day five after quit taking and still am feeling pretty sick). I suffer from acid reflux and Ibs, and other chronic illnesses and recurring infections. This supplement caused; pounding (recurring) headaches that I did not have before(and makes it much harder to stay awake or focus), joint/muscle pain and aches, hot flashes, increased acid reflux/less appetite, pain bending over, nausea/increased car sickness, severe dizziness, canker sores, unpleasant stronger body odor, bloating, and very unpleasant passing of gas/burping and rush of stools that also may smell more unpleasant than usual. I will say that it may give you temporary boost of energy here and maybe(maybe) help restore good bacteria in the places listed but with the amount of side effects that come along with that is not definitely not worth it especially if you have existing issues with acid reflux or ibs! was really hoping it would help with after taking lots of different antibiotics get my systems back to normal function but might have just ended up hurting my liver like equivalent of getting intoxd.

I’m pre-diabetic so now I’m more prone to yeast infections, this has helped and I’ll continue to purchase. But only on Amazon as it’s 13$ cheaper on there for some reason
