I received this as a gift 5 months ago, and it’s beginning to leak water underneath. I loved it when it was working well. It helped with my healing journey & I enjoyed the different settings for the lights. I see a few reviews reporting the same issue. That’s unfortunate! I will attempt to contact customer service for assistance with a possible replacement. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend if they haven’t fixed the issue that some of us are experiencing - in my case, in such short time since the purchase.

I got this lamp as a birthday gift a couple of years ago. I bought it for healing purposes. It worked ok but did have issues with leaking out water out of the bottom. I needed a towel underneath the lamp to not ruin my dresser. I like the ambiance it creates. It stopped working after about two years. I will accept a replacement.

Bought this lamp from Macys as a birthday gift. After a month and a half the lamp stopped working. I called customer service to get technical support to see if we could get the lamp working again and was offered a replacement without hesitation. Customer support was the best, we did not need to figure out a troubleshooting solution headache, but was instead offered peace of mind.

I got the lamp as a gift from my aunt for my birthday because she knew I always wanted one. It's exactly what I expected and I love it. It has different lighting settings to fit your mood and I leave it on throughout the night as a night light too. I'm very happy with my birthday gift.

The only downside to this lamp was that the original packaging says there would be a replacement bulb included, and in my box I did not have a replacement lightbulb after a period of about 6 to 9 months my lightbulb burnt out, and is no longer working, though this is inconvenient my overall review of the lamp itself is still Very high because the quality of this lamp is present. Customer service with the company is also five star I was really grateful for the help I received.

I received the 2 in 1 because I had to many things on my baby’s nightstand (a salt rock, a diffuser, a sound machine with a light). Buying the 2 in 1 salt lamp and diffuser helped clean up the clutter, and allowed me to still have all the benefits. It was the only one I could find like it! I love the it’s an actual salt lamp, and it’s dimmable. Not to mention receiving the benefits from the negative ions of the salt rock. It does get warm, just a FYI. It’s meant to. Also, the hidden diffuser in the back is so nice for my babies room, especially when they are sick. The piece looks very Beautiful at night. The only downfall about the piece, is the plastic it’s made from. I’m very cautious when handling it, because I feel the plastic could break very easily.

I’ve owned several pure enrichment diffusers and have absolutely loved every one of them. It adds the perfect ambiance to the room while allowing for diffusion. After 6 months the salt has not eroded a bit compared to normal salt lamps I’ve had in the past. Just be sure to clean the diffusion tank often.
