I was hoping to get a better product out of Tarte, but this one disappointed. The liquid side seems almost watery, almost separated, and doesn't go on very dark. I have to put a couple of coats on for it to show up well. Even then, it rubs off easily—thankfully not a smearing kind of thing, just goes away. The pencil side goes on easily enough and looks promising, but it also fades within a couple of hours of putting it on. Thankfully neither side seems to smudge or smear or leave me with raccoon eyes. It just disappears.

I like to tight line my upper water line with the mechanical side but so many eyeliners bleed into the lower waterline which is terrible especially if you like to wear fake awake. This one doesnt do that. Worth it

I had a hard time getting the pencil liner to line my eyes well, and I have to push the liquid side down too hard to get it to line. Overall, I will look for a different one next time

This eyeliner is horrible! Bought this eyeliner with high expectations for Tarte and my eyelids got so irritated and swollen. Absolutely the worst experience.
